We are urgently looking for a temporary Order Fulfilment Coordinator (until March 2026) to ensure Borealis delivers on its promise: on time, in full. You will coordinate the smooth execution of customer orders – from allocation and transport planning to on-time delivery – working closely with our plants, warehouses, and logistics partners. In this role, your eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills will directly contribute to cost optimisation, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will:
You hold a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field and bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Supply Chain. With a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and expertise such as transportation, supply planning, or sales order execution, you combine strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. You are stress-resistant, a true team player, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, enabling you to build strong networks internally and externally. You are proficient with MS Office and have hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Finally, you have an advanced command of English, spoken and written, which allows you to collaborate confidently in an international environment.
